Position Summary
The (Junior) Project Manager in the Chief of Staff Office supports the coordination and execution of cross-functional initiatives and leadership priorities. The role focuses on project support and workstream steering, working closely with the Chief of Staff and all relevant senior stakeholders. This position is designed for an early‑career professional who is highly organized, proactive, outgoing and eager to gain exposure to executive-level topics, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration in a high-performing environment.

Corporate Marketing
- Support the Chief of Staff in coordinating and tracking the execution of corporate strategy initiatives across functions
- Assist in translating strategic priorities into structured actions, timelines, and progress updates
- Monitor progress on deliverables and highlight potential risks or delays
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Support coordination and communication between the Chief of Staff Office, Senior Leadership Team, Shareholder, relevant functional teams and other external stakeholders
- Prepare and consolidate inputs for leadership meetings, workshops, and decision materials
- Document decisions, action items, and support consistent communication across stakeholders
Financial Analysis & Research
- Assist with preparation of financial analyses, summaries, and presentation materials to support executive decision‑making
- Support market, business, and financial research related to real estate, asset management, and capital markets
- Coordinate and consolidate data inputs from Finance and other teams for strategic or transaction‑related topics
Corporate Marketing
- Support preparation of corporate communication materials in line with brand and communication principles
- Assist with content preparation for internal communications and external channels
- Coordinate with HR and relevant teams on employer branding and corporate communication initiatives

Qualifications & Experience
Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, real estate (or equivalent)
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in consulting, investment banking (or equivalent project management functions)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with a structured, detail‑oriented working style
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to conduct basic financial analysis
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- High reliability, proactivity, and willingness to take ownership of project execution
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel
- Fluent in German and English (additional European languages are an advantage)
